Hi there, I just received a letter today. Again, no idea why. I did call High Court Enforcement Bailiffs who said they couldn't give me any information, and that I would have to contact ANPR Parking Service LTD. I tried to do that, and I got a message saying that they were no longer able to take calls. I then called the "bailiffs" back, and told them that I couldn't get hold of ANPR Parking Services LTD. They still refused to give me anymore information, and said they would enforce the warrant. Did they show up after, or did you get anymore calls? Thanks.0

Thanks.Have you read this thread (and the other currently on the first page of the forum thread index)? There's no possibility of anyone showing up on your doorstep. Utterly empty threats. Don't lose a single nanosecond's worth of sleep over this. Do not phone either outfit again.
IT'S A SCAM!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They don't exist.From Shelter:
Fake enforcement agent scam
The Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) has warned about receiving fake enforcement notices from fake enforcement agents (bailiffs).
CIVEA states that those notices are being sent from Debt Recovery Solutions, Court Enforcement Bailiffs (aka CEBG Legal) and WIRO with demands for payment of unpaid parking debts.
Warning of imposter enforcement agents
