Cazoo charging for some claimed damage

Cazoo are charging my mother £214 for some minor chips, a couple of scratches to the seats, a damaged alloy, a scratch on the windscreen, which my mother claims was filled in under insurance, and claimed damage to a door pad. We knew that they would charge for the alloy which they claim would cost £85 but is not the rest wear and tear?
We had checked the car and it had looked immaculate in our opinion.
Cazoo terminated the subscription early. They were supposed to pick the car up on the 6th of May but the company did not turn up. Several times the company did not turn up. After several phone calls they finally picked the car up on 19th May.
They have just sent the report and charge today which is 4 weeks and 1 day after which, am I right, is the 4 weeks they are required to send the report, under the guidelines of the governing body they signed upto?
Do we have any ground to argue this charge?

How long have you had the car? After three years a lease car wouldn't be expected to have scratches to the seats / door card, etc so that would not be considered fair wear and tear.
Overall it sounds like a fairly reasonable charge for a few cosmetic issues, which were not present when the car was originally given to you.
The early termination, issues with collection and time to send the report are separate matters.1 -
Thanks for getting back to me. Its why I would never get a lease car. I guess she will just have to pay then.0
