888ladies completely ignoring me after sending attachments to verify myself

I have hit a wall with this one. (I have successfully got help from a dozen other gambling sites when things went wrong)
888ladies have ignored me for 2 months.
I put in a complaint after they locked my account and gave me a generic response twice. Further to pushing I got asked to verify myself in April. They haven't replied after 4 chases. I sent exactly what they asked for and I am still account locked for no reason and being blatantly ignored
I put in a Resolver.co.uk request over a week ago and have also been ignored. Resolver can't help and the gambling commission sent me to resolver.
What can I do!? I put in £10 and made it up to £40ish. They have stolen my money

Resolver is a 3rd party co that just pass details on the company. They do nothing more...
Better to complain direct to company.Life in the slow lane0 -
I’d let it go. They can close your account for many different reasons and you’ll probably have signed up to these terms.Given that you’ve mentioned you’ve had issues with a dozen other gambling sites, perhaps this is a blessing0

Or is 'three fat ladies' nearer the truth?

Good idea, will they even help for £10?HillStreetBlues said:Have you tried your bank?0 -
I've seen it before with gambling sitesOpolE said:Good idea, will they even help for £10?
Some want you to jump though hoops, when you fail they think they can just keep the money.
If a person fails their checks, any money should be returned via the same method it was paid.
You could try a chargeback saying you haven't had the service you paid for, and they are refusing to return your money.

There is nothing in the chargebacks that covers this.
Sounds like you have hit the same group to often.
Was this a offer where they deposit funds into your account as well?Life in the slow lane0
