Scottish power not paid warm home discount
Despite receiving a letter and calling DWP to confirm my eligibility for the warm homes discount payment - Scottish power have repeatedly given me excuses why they have been unable to pay this to me - Largely, it's coming soon, it's delayed, it will be available when we get the large DWP grant...my enquiries re the above have been ongoing with Scottish power since February 2023 ...it's now mid June and I'm about to enquire on e more about my missing payment
I don't know what to do next...the DWP helpline is closed and Scottish power continue to give me a range of excuses ..can anyone help with this issue please?
