My wife has a friend whom she emails
Apparently she cannot receive any email sent via Gmail (app)
Not Hotmail, Gmail, gotadsl....... Nothing gets through
Any idea why?

can she receive other gmails or is it that she cannot receive gmails from anyone
What is she using for her email - hotmail ?
She could try opening a brand new account and see if she can receive gmails on that0 -
Gmail has recently blocked all emails from our insurance broker to all his clients!It's now fixed!0
