Business energy discount scheme

Our business uses British Gas for our electricity and we have been on a fixed rate since October 2022. Following the introduction of the latest energy relief scheme, British Gas have not yet applied the scheme to our account. I have queried it several times and they keep saying they are waiting on more information. They have confirmed we are eligible.
I gave just received my latest statement and yet again they have not applied the discount.
Is it time to refer my concerns to Ofgem? As I seem to be getting nowhere with British Gas. Thank you in advance.

What discount have you worked out that you should be getting?

It might be there but be zero.

    From the gov. site:

"Most non-domestic customers will not see additional support on their energy bills from April"

From my suppliers FAQ     ".............The baseline discount is calculated as the difference between the wholesale price associated with an energy contract and the price threshold. The discount is phased in when the contract's wholesale price exceeds the floor price, until the total discount per MWh reaches the maximum discount for that fuel.............."

In reality over last winter it was a token amount, varying month on month.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

And the ££ figures for the price threshold is on the gov site - it's not low.
