Blessing to all
what do I do??
I received a Parking Ticket (PCN ) in April 2023 from Tower Hamlets & appealed the ticket on the 10th May 2023. My PCN appeal was refused, but the payment was reduced to £65.00 if paid within the 14days. I contacted Tower Hamlets PCN Parking Team on 15th May to see if I could set up a Payment Plan, to pay the parking ticket to pay the ticket, at £65.00. I got an automated reply stating that they will get back to me within the next two day. By the 3rd of June 2023 I Still hadn't had a reply from them, so I emailed them again about set up a payment plan, by this time the parking ticket had gone up to £130.00. When I emailed them on the 3rd June 2023, I highlighted that I got in touch with them back in May & the fine has gone up. I also sent them the proof of my first email & the reply I got back from them. As of to date 15th June 2023 I still haven't had a reply from them about any of the emails I have sent or setting up a payment plan.
what do I do, as I have emailed them a few times without no success/reply from them
Thanks In advance

@Le_Kirk,
thank you for the information, its much appreciated. I've signed up to Free Traffic Legal Advice but don't know how to post my case, you wouldn't happen to know by any chance??
Thanks in advance0 -
I don't know what you mean. You just register a username and start a thread. Like you did for this forum.
You CANNOT post on pepipoo if you registered with a Hotmail email, so don't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The FTLA forum was created to overcome what appeared to be a terminal problem with the long-established PePiPoo. But, PePiPoo is now back up and running and seems to be stable once again.Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:Read the sticky 'Read this before you post' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
