Coupon-mad said:I can't see those photos but if this is true:
"the Tesco logo features on Private Parking Solutions signage within the car park"
...then it is possible to add in that the alleged contract has Tesco logo on it, so the terms are offered by Tesco; this is the wrong Claimant.1 -
Hi,
Can anybody point me in the right direction of where I can find a template for a witness statement on this forum?
Thanks0 -

Just a quick update, on Tuesday, I attended my court hearing against Private Parking Solutions Limited, London (PPS).
Despite months of harassment and continued intimidation, Gladstones who were meant to be representing PPS failed to attend court.
I was called into the courtroom, and within 3 minute s the judge struck out the claim. Perhaps Gladstones realised they stood a limited chance of winning based on my defence. Or, that I would cave in and pay the circa. £300 they were demanding.
The judge has instructed PPS to pay me just over £100 in costs, this is something I will pursue should the cowboys PPS fail to pay up. Rest assured this is something I will pursue should PPS fail to adhere to pay in due course.
Thank you to all on this for your advice and support. I would urge all who find themselves in a similar situation to FIGHT BACK against these rogue operators who are a leech on society!6 -
Well done. AOBTD. Enjoy your win by writing a nice snottogram to Gladstones pointing out that you are looking forward to receiving the £100 ordered by the court. Suggest that should they ever try to repeat this expensive mistake on their part, you will counterclaim for damages next time.3
