Experian Credit Report on MSE Credit Club

Is anyone having problems accessing their Experian Credit Report on the MSE Credit Club

    Yep, just bounces me back to the dashboard

  • I had an email from MSE today advising that as part of a move towards bringing all MSE accounts intio a single login, from today the Credit Club login can be made from the MSE App. Your issues might be connected to that back end change.

    Hi @RG2015 - we're sorry to hear that you've had trouble accessing your report via the Credit Club

    Please could you send an email to FurtherHelp@MoneySavingExpert.com giving details of which web browser you're using, when you last tried to access the report, etc, and the team will assist you.

    Whilst @FreeFallerSaver is correct we've made some steps towards joining up the Credit Club login with the app login, it doesn't sound like that's the issue in this case.

    I have just emailed as you have suggested and received the following automatic email reply. Do you have any other suggestions? I do vaguely recall getting one to one help by email previously but cannot recall how.

    Sadly, neither Martin nor the site are able to answer MoneySaving questions on a personal basis as the site has over 10 million users and we aren’t able to provide one-on-one help. All of the information we have is on the site, so if you have a question:

    Use the search function at the top of www.moneysavingexpert.com to find the relevant article
    Go to the section area (the coloured tabs at the top of the page) to browse the articles

    Hi @RG2015 - what that's saying is that we can't answer individual questions about general financial and consumer matters ('which bank account should I open?' ... 'how can I get a refund on xyz?' ... 'how can I boost my pension?' etc)

    Our user relations team can absolutely help with questions about MSE products like the Credit Club - they will respond to you as soon as they are able, but it may take a little while as they get a lot of emails every day.

    As this appears to be a general issue affecting everyone, and not specific to me, perhaps you could report it to the relevant section.

    I have just had an email from MSE and the problem has been corrected.

    The MSE email said there had been a glitch and they had updated mine manually.

    I had the same issue a week or two ago, but a few days later got an email to say my new credit report was available and all was well again. My report didn't update for May at all, so had to wait for the June one.
