Ambassador Cruise Line has launched a summer-long competition that will see London Stadium subscribers offered the chance to win a variety of amazing prizes ranging from stadium events to a premium value, no-fly city break to Amsterdam.

In a competition that runs until 31 August 2023, Ambassador will offer subscribers the chance to win tickets to London Stadium’s outstanding selection of summer events every two weeks, including Major League Baseball, the Weeknd in concert and the UK Athletics Diamond League. 

The names of all those who enter the competition will go into a mega prize draw at the end of the competition period. The Promotors of these Prize Draws are Ambassador Cruise Line, Gateway House, Stonehouse Lane, Purfleet, RM19 1NS and London Stadium 185 Limited (referred to as London Stadium) , The Stadium At Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST.

By completing and submitting this form online on https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/london-stadium-competition/. only you are agreeing to allow London Stadium to include your submission within the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

June 15th  - Tickets to the MLB World Tour London Series, 24th & 25th June 2023
June 29th – Hospitality Tickets to the Weeknd, 8th July 2023  
16th July – General Admission Tickets to the UK Athletics Diamond League, 23rd July 2023
31st August – 2 places on a Cruise to Amsterdam, Ocean View Cabin, 24th October 2024

No entries will be accepted after the monthly deadlines and no entries will be carried over to the following month, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.

The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent persona after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the closing dates and issued, by London Stadium, details of their prize for tickets to the advertised events and cruise (both attendees must be over 18 years of age at the date of entering). If a winner does not respond to London Stadium within 1 day of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and London Stadium will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across London Stadium social media/website platforms and those platforms for Ambassador.

The 4 prize draws detailed above are supplied by London Stadium and Ambassador, London Stadium And Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

Neither London Stadium or Ambassador accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

The final prize draw, Cruise to Amsterdam is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

Entry into the prize draw gives permission for your first name, and hometown to be used by both London Stadium and Ambassador for promotional materials including websites and official social media platforms. If you wish to remain anonymous please contact rebecca.jones@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 5 days of submitting your entry.

London Stadium and Ambassador will use photographs  of the winner with their prize on an agreed date and it will be used for promotional matters across their websites and social media channels.

The winner of the prize agrees to take part in any media or PR activities up to and including on board the Cruise or with Ambassador and the London Stadium.

Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable (there is no cash alternative)– entry to the events will be subject to London Stadium’s event regulations and ticket/hospitality conditions including dress code (this will be provided in advance to the winner).

All guests going onboard the Cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.

All guests will need to be over 18 at timing of event/sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply and they can be found here.

The prize winner is responsible for any extra charges incurred whilst redeeming the prize included, but not limited to; travel insurance, on board gratuities, spends of a personal nature.

Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged over 18. The Promoters’ employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draws are excluded from entering these prize draws. 

The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of any of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the first name and home town of the prize winners to anyone who emails in reference to winners to rebecca.jones@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month after the closing dates stated above. If you object to any or all of your first name or home town being published or made available please contact rebecca.jones@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Personal  data supplied during this promotion and held by London Stadium and Ambassador will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policies below and as detailed in these terms and conditions.
