UPDATE- DCBL DISCONTINUED: ECP - BP Hatton Cross Overstayed

FINAL UPDATE:

So, as standard, the RK received the court hearing date, and I began drafting the WS and the works.

However, a few days ago, RK got an email from DCBL and the court confirming the discontinuance. 

Thank you guys for the help! And as @Coupon-mad says, 'Another one bites the dust!'

I did ask the RK about the about the N279 and they told me he only received the letter from DCBL below and no N279 were 'enclosed'. The RK was even CC'd in the email to the court about the discontinuance from DCBL, but the date of the hearing was wrong.
So the RK emailed the court correcting the date of the hearing and requesting a confirmation of the discontinuance. 
The court replied, saying that another letter was sent that the date had changed but regardless the RK will not need to attend court for this matter as its discontinued.

Dcb legal would have emailed the N279 to the defendants inbox or spam folder
