Intelligent Finance closure - anyone achieved a smooth and successful migration?

Tearing our hair out trying to set up new current accounts with Nat West as a result of IF closure - endless rejections on application and doc upload process without clarity on why. The user interface/experience and support has been very poor and does not inspire confidence. IF not helping either as they have arbitrarily decided (after over 20 years banking with them, at same address) to send their correspondence and reference our debit cards to a different address (where we happen to have an unrelated Halifax mortgage) and this is causing our debit card checks to fail.  They cannot check or rectify without us remembering a one-use passcode issued over 20 years ago. Just a rant really but has anyone else had a relatively seamless transition with Nat West or another bank group and if so who?
