Grants for windows

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are grants for replacement windows and doors?
I've already got double glazing but it was fitted a long time ago, it is drafty and the windows have blown. The front dorr may as well not even be there for the good it does. My backdoors are not double-glazed or the modern types of door.
I am on Tax credits, I claim Carers Allowance as I have 2 disabled kids living at home.
I've been trawling the internet and can't find much other than companies trying to just sell windows. I am sure there were grants for this, maybe there isn't now.
Thanks in advance for any help. :-)

I am sure there were grants for this, maybe there isn't now.I got approached by a company a few years back claiming to be offering "grants". Listened to the sales pitch, and the base price was £14K. But with the grant on offer, it would only be £7K (oh, and they wanted my partner present during the sales pitch). Once he had finished, told him quite bluntly that I am quite capable of making financial decisions on my own, and I did not need consent from a partner or anyone else. In addition, I did not believe that there was any genuine offer of funding, and it was just a puerile "gimmick" on his part. That said, there is funding available for thermal upgrades to your home. Most of these are being delivered by your local council. Give them a call and ask to speak to the Warm Homes team. They should be able to advise as to what schemes are open to you, and what improvements can be done.

When I last looked at the scheme post pandemic, it only covered replacing single glazed windows. Didn't do extensive review though.1
