What dis every1 do @work when you have a collage getting paid the sam as u for doing the same job but you are more experienced n older. Appreci8 that some jobs diz wont matter but for office type jobs it does. the difference is about 7 years in age and 10 years in experience. the difference in salary is £1,000 a year. Do you think itz best to mention diz to my emploerz?

How can the difference be £1,000 per year when you say the salary is the same?
Maybe they know then to use 'z' and 's' better so dont create rework to correct this?
Salaries are generally individually negotiated and there are a range of reasons why one person may be paid more or less than the next. Its fairly common for those coming up through the business to get paid less than those that have joined as an experienced hire from outside the company, particularly if it was a fast raising.
Ultimately if you are unhappy with your salary negotiate it with your boss, dont make idle threats that you arent going to follow up on so if you say you'll leave unless you get a 10% increase have your resignation letter for when they say no otherwise they'll know they can just call your bluff all the time.3 -
Don't worry about what anyone else is getting paid, worry about whether you are being paid correctly. If you think you are being paid too much, keep quiet. If you think you are not being paid enough, and you want to ask for a payrise, you will have to justify why your performance is close enough to someone else's performance to be paid the same as them.
You also need to improve your written English. Your post is barely readable. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.6 -

You’ll often find a new less experienced colleague is on more than you. Often internal staff salaries don’t keep up with the market rate so they have to pay more for new staff. It’s annoying but always best not to worry about what other people are getting paid.0

'well i wouldn't be da worried but i iz doing all da work!!!! do that's why it's annoyin-1

There is no entitlement to more pay for doing the same job simply because a person has been doing the job for a longer period.I can understand that it's annoying but so is trying to interpret the terminology and text speak. Neither is illegal.3

Does the more experienced person have 10 years more experience, or 10 years' experience of the same year, so the difference is only that of a "new-starter" in role versus "knows the role"?1 -
