Got DFS sofa and colour seems to be wearing away where you sit, it's happening on all sitting areas
It's only 10 months old and DFS are calling to look at it
Any thoughts on if it's faulty or something we've done?

I agree that it looks like abrasion rather than simply colour coming away.
Can you test another patch somewhere out of sight, e.g. on the base, or on the back if it's against a wall?0 -
As it's happening on all seating areas a manufacturing fault has to be top of the list.
