I have received an email from someone called Kim Smith, her email is

(Removed by Forum Team) @gmail.com.

and she is claiming she is from FCA and wants me contact her regarding my creditors?

Is this a scam as I can’t find any information about her?!

Of course it's a scam phishing email. Instead of trying to find a supposed FCA employee, a very quick search would take you here https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/fake-fca-communications

    ^^^^ This.
No genuine company would use a gmail account (or Hotmail, or Outlook or whatever).  If ever you get an email purporting to be from a large company and the sender's address is one of the free email hosts that you or I would use, bin it immediately.
It may be different if you're receiving an estimate from your local one-man-band gardener or window-cleaner or whatever - though even then, many of them will have a custom email address.

If you do that you will end up on a list of 'confirmed' email addresses - i.e. emails addresses that definitely have a person who is reading them.  You will get bombarded with spam. I would just leave it if I were you
