Wiring up a 4 terminal switch?

It wouldn't switch on and suspecting the on off click switch I opened it off to find the switch had been removed.
I got a replacement off the Internet but there are no instructions as to which terminal each of the 4 wires should attach to. They are coloured black, blue, brown and red.
Don't suppose any knowledgeable folk could help at all?

Try asking Bosch, whilst you are asking everyone else.0

There has to be a diagram on the switch. Most likely, it hast to connect/disconnect brown with red and blue with black, but don't take my word for this. You need a tester to find which two wires out of four are live (240V). If my guess is right, it's brown and blue.

Detailed wiring diagrams specific to the "bosch aquatek pressure washer" are likely to be difficult to find online.
I'd recommend just replacing like for like, i.e. by the same part, replace the wiring exactly the same as it was.
whats the configuration of the switch? the picture is blurry, you must have a part number of the thing you bought?
have you removed the old faulty switch already?
how do you know it was the switch that was faulty, it could be a motor, capacitor, or any other part??0 -
