Yes perhaps it does, but no-one knows what you look like. The parking company have no access to a mythical database with everyone's photo on it. It follows therefore, that the parking company have no idea who was driving.

Melanie, have you based your forum username on your real name? If so, you may want to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.
