House insurance with a shepherd hut in garden

Hi I am trying to find an insurance broker who is willing to insure my buildings and contents as my current insurance provider AxA has given me 21 days notice that they are going to cancel my cover.
They have advised they do not cover shepherds hut . I don't need the shepherds hut insured as I already have that covered for that along with public liability.
As I have been shopping around it seems no one is willing to insure me.
The Shepherd hut is rented out by air bnb and is self contained with separate entrance.All any visitors do is park their car on my drive , which can be changed & go through a coded lock gate to get to the entrance to the hut.
At no point can guests access my house and garden.
time is running out and I am at a loss what to do.
