BWLegal Letter of Claim - Gatwick Airport / wrong driver

Hello Everyone,
First of all I wanted to say how insane it is to see how helpful and patient you guys are with noobs like me...
I have been dealing with major family issues for the past few weeks and wasn't in the right headspace to deal with this any sooner (I still am not tbh).
I received a LoC from BW Legal on 17 of May, that means I only have until 16th of June to send SAR and subsequent email to solicitors... but I feel really lost, can anyone provide me with a template of what exactly should I ask about in the SAR and I don't know how to find a DPO for the company that claims to be overseeing Gatwick airport parking...
In October 2022 I received a letter from those scammers with the picture of my car with blacked out windscreen, claiming I used a drop-off zone that costs 5£ and I need to pay now 15 quid, I found comfort on the forum and ignored it... until this letter of claim.
At the time my missus was driving the car, she took the wrong turn and we only drove through the lane without ever stopping... ANPR camera must have picked it up even tho car was not parked for one second... and we used a short stay car park instead by there is no way I will be able to find those tickets now...
Can you guys please outline how exactly the wording of SAR should look like? I honestly am so drained and exhausted that typing this alone takes a lot of effort...
Thank you so much in advance and looking forward to hearing from you,
Kindest Regards

That was mega quick thank you...
And when it comes to emailing BW legal will this suffice? -> ' I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
I have sent your client a SAR'
Should I sign it with my first and last name? Should I add anything else?

I mean where do I squeeze in the case number etc.? (sorry forgot I cannot edit...)0

The email address for NCP's Data Protection Officer is in their Privacy and Cookie Policy webpage.KGSoloMan5000 said:I don't know how to find a DPO for the company that claims to be overseeing Gatwick airport parking...0 -
If you are really seeking to delay this by another 30 days then you shouldn't send that email until the 29th day of their deadline. Far too many victims just rush in and send that response within a few days of receiving the LoC.KGSoloMan5000 said:That was mega quick thank you...

You address anything formal like this "Dear Sirs" and sign it "Yours faithfully" and then your full name or initial and last name.
No fluffy "Hi" or "Kind regards" or "love and kisses". You get my drift?1 -
Keith thank you!
B789 sure thing I do
And I'm including the case number from the NCP letter? in the email to BWLegal that is...
And if that's the case then I'll send it all tomorrow, I think it'll be 29th day as you mentioned0 -
KGSoloMan5000 said:I don't know how to find a DPO for the company that claims to be overseeing Gatwick airport parking...The NEWBIES thread 2nd post already tells everyone how to find any DPO and what a SAR looks like. This is why the NEWBIES thread is pinned at the top of the forum to be read first.
When you write to a solicitor - just like when replying to any commercial entity - you obviously quote their 'reference' from their letter.
Why aren't you sending a more robust "get stuffed" response as discussed in all other LBC threads, though?
There are two or three 'LBC reply' threads on the first 3 pages of this forum right now, so no link needed or given because you need to find your way around. Look around the forum before rushing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
The good news is that you, as potential Defendant, will have zero liability and the case would fail. They can only make a claim against the driver, and they don't know who that is. Keeper liability under POFA does not work for reasons including
1. As the vehicle was never "parked", then the whole (Schedule of the) Act is entirely irrelevant in this claim - no "parking", no POFA
2. Even if POFA were in play, airport roads are not "relevant land"

Coupon-mad I appologize for not reading the forum through and through... I should have you're right.
And as to replying robustly to solicitors - I'm all for it, can I start off with 'Dear botttom feeders'? In all seriousness I shall browse the threads and try to find an examples of this then...
The_Slithy_Tove That is reassuring as well thank you!

Okay so I have been reading and trying to find information about the template responses and I found these :
BW Legal:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/78430852#Comment_78430852
And another BW Legal one where they backed down:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77778681#Comment_77778681
both posted by Coupon-mad, but all of them seem very relevant to the specific case and I have no idea which information to include apart from the fact that they are trying to charge me £60 solicitors fees which is now illegal I think?
Can someone help please I really want to send as difficult and time consuming (for them) letter as possible...0
