I'm just about to start a transfer from Vanguard to Virgin Money, but have fallen at the first hurdle. It wants Vanguard's address, which is incredibley wll hidden on their website. Anyone know what it is?

When I did my transfers I had to post all my forms off by snail mail to their Edinburgh address so I would have thought that would be the one you need to give virgin. Plus that is the address that is printed on all correspondence from them. I'd message them to be sure.0

I transferred a Virgin pension to Vanguard last year and used the London address, which is their registered address and listed in the T&Cs document. It worked fine. I daresay you could use the Edinburgh address also.
Virgin require an ink signature so Vanguard will probably email forms to print off, sign and scan back in. In my case Virgin were also very, very, very, very S-L-O-W. I can't stress how slow they were. It's a good job I was not looking to access the pension quickly.0
