Refund of apart. Deposit

Booked thru Booking.com an apartment in Benidorm for 3 elderly people. Left it immaculate and now trying to get deposit of €200 back. Apart says it’s Booking.com responsibility, but how do I contact them

Who did you pay the deposit to? It would normally be the accommodation. If so, that is who refunds it.0
