Afternoon. I was up at silly o clock after getting to bed at silly o clock ready for the tree surgeons who ae getting rid of the monstrosity, huzzah! And it's going to take them two days which should tell you something of the size of it. I'd say a third has definitely gone and the rest is anohter bit of smaller trunk but tomorrow it's the big boys. It was 32 degrees here yesterday and today feels much the same so Ive got my fan out downstairs for a minute.

Oh nanny, how awful for her and her family. Not the sort of thing you expect to happen to young healthy people...Chris, belated Happy Anniversary! TA, I hope it's out now...more scary stuff...Take care all
