Flight cancelled by airline one year ago and I have not received the refund yet

Hello expert:
I booked a flight from Cancun to Madrid through Kiwi.com for the 5/Aug/22 but the flight was cancelled by the airline on the 17/Jun/23 with no explanation and Kiwi offered options not convenient i.e. higher price and different date. They say they will contact the airline (Wamos Air) to ask for a refund but this has been going since the 17/Jun/23 and still no response from the airline or Kiwi. What options do I have?

I am in the same situation. I am pestering thier helpdesk and as a last resort you could contact the airline direactly if you have the pnr or e ticker reservation numbers to see if a claim has been made. Resolver is also a good service to support you.0
