Secret Sales!

Thanks to using a discount code for Secret Sales from here, I am now out of pocket due to being sent items that were too small & returned them for a refund.

We'll, not a full refund! Their policy is they knock £3.50 off the refund amount for 'handling' plus you have to pay to return the items!

So, this is just a heads-up for anyone who is thinking of buying from this seller, I'd advise against it!

I'm going to start a chargeback with my debit card to see if it can be resolved by them, as apparently their customer service is rubbish & they don't answer emails! Check out the negative reviews on TrustPilot!

    The £3.50 pays for the courier return with Evri or DPD, you shouldn't need to pay anything further.
