Please ensure the product is securely packaged and ready for your collection. You can use the product's original packaging or any suitable box you may have. The courier collecting your item will bring the label for you. The label we have sent to you via email is for our warehouse only, if you can not print this, please simply write your RMA number onto the box.

if the return is not in a box with internal packaging we may reject the return
They didn't reject the return either
...I was told it was damaged in transit to them and they are sending it back to me as "Unfortunately, we have to return the TV back to you as we will not be able to repair this anymore due to we received the TV damaged due to a lack of packaging as the TV got damaged during in transit."

The gave me the option of returning the tv to me or disposing of it.0
