Goods not received

I placed an order, stupidly, back in december for some craft items. I say stupidly as I had used this company before and had had issues with orders taking weeks to arrive, after I’d messaged several times. Shortly after my order the company suspended trading and became uncontactable. However I could still view my order on the website and it said it was pending. About four weeks ago my order said completed, still nothing. The owner sent an email out to customers saying they were in the process of contacting customers who’s orders had not been fulfilled, so off the back of this I messaged to say my order was showing as fulfilled but in fact I hadn’t received it. I’ve had nothing back. I’ve sent two further emails and had no response. I posted in a group he looks at in Facebook to say I’ve had no response, he’s blocked me. The amount isn’t a lot £13, but it’s the principal. My post attracted a lot of attention from people saying that they too had missing orders. What should I do? My understanding is that this person is planning to reopen,

Principles have a tendency to cost a lot. How much effort and cost are you prepared to go to in the hope of retrieving £13?

If you paid by credit or debit card, then you may still be in time to do a chargeback. Contact your bank for details.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.2 -

Although given " About four weeks ago my order said completed" Should bring it back in time to chargeback, so long as Op has proof of this.Life in the slow lane0 -
