PC 'print' option stuck in SAVE mode...?

Just noticed lately that whenever I try to print anything, clicking the print icon brings up a 'print preview' box which offers only the SAVE option. This is annoying and while I can save and then print, it's too long-winded. I don't know what I've done to produce this situation. Anyone help?

Maybe printing to a file has been set as your default printer. Instead of clicking the print icon, try File Print and see what printers you get offered. That is assuming a Windows environment.
