Hello (new here ) so I do have a parking (see photo) for staying 14 minutes more then the free 3 hours permit time on a Retail shopping park. So I was there doing my shopping and had my lunch and when i back to my car , my car did not start. So I do understand about cars and I had to take the start button and check for any faults, this took me a bit of time and i found that that the wire was not connected so i connect the wire and then the car straight way start running. Received a parking ticket of £100, so I applied via email (saying basically what happen) and they respond via email : I do not have enough evidences of my car broken and i did not report at the time of the event ( well the fact is I did not knew that was so long to be honest . I do not have much more evidences anyway Just a call that I did to my friend that is mechanic and I ask him what I could do ... But in the email they sent me they just basically said , we do not accept your apply and pay the 100£ and then they send me this letter "final notice" . Is anything I can do about it ?

Just ignore them and concentrate on PLAN A that we trust you read about in the NEWBIES sticky thread.
Same advice as here:

AND read the NEWBIES thread first.

Where exactly did this parking event take place?
Which retail park?
Yes, plan A is for you.
Complain to the shops you used and/or to the retail park's management.3 -
And look at the entrance plinth for the managing agents' contact details. Usually it's right there in your face at the entrance of any retail park.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As suggested earlier by @Coupon-mad, this entrance sign has details of the managing agents...

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) have proved to be quite helpful in the past.
