in Credit cards
Hello all!
Looking for some advice. What would be the best credit card to switch to now mine and my spouse's credit card is leaving it's interest free period? Any suggestions? Keen to not do loads of credit checks in the process of finding the best. Thanks in advance for any tips.

For balance transfer cards look here: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/balance-transfer-credit-cards/
For 0% spending: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/best-0-credit-cards/
Always use the provider's eligibility checker too if available that way you should have a very good idea if you will be accepted before an actual credit check is made. No one here can advise to 'the best' card as what cards and limits each of us will be offered will vary greatly.0 -
Where best to switch to is individual, and depends on the offers you get.
You haven't told us who you are currently with, but you need to be aware that switching within the same banking group might not be possible. You need to be careful about that when applying.0 -
This is the correct advice. The place to go is the place that'll have you - be careful to make sure you're excluding credit cards in the same 'group' - so for example if your balance is presently with Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland or MBNA you'll need to exclude all those brands from your search as they won't transfer to eachother. Same goes for the other groups.daivid said:For balance transfer cards look here: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/balance-transfer-credit-cards/
