Which mobility scooter company for week rental?

Inlaws are in their 80's and are looking for a mobility scooter company they can rent from and put in the car and use for a week in Westward Ho!

We have no idea - anybody have any recommendations?

    It might be worth seeing if there's a local Shopmobility scheme: although you probably associate them with shopping centres, I believe ours will do hires for longer periods. And if not, they might know who does ...

    If you google Westward Ho mobility scooter hire it brings up quite a few options.
    Just a case then of contacting them to see how much & avaiability. 

    Add "Review" on the end & you might get some reviews on how good they are 👍

    My husband hired a scooter from our local Shopmobility charity a couple of weeks ago for a very reasonable £50 for the week. We had looked at online companies who were charging around £200.

    They had 4 scooters allocated for holiday hire which could be dismantled & put in the boot fairly easily. It made a real difference to our short break & we plan to use them again soon.

    It would be sensible to check with local medical supply stores or mobility aid rental companies in the area. They can provide recommendations and assist you in finding a suitable and convenient option that meets their needs.
