Paying a customer's import tax

Hi, I am sending a package to Holland for a client. I want to be able to pay all their charges up front. They don't speak English and, without going into it, the last time I sent anything it was a nightmare. If they can just get the package delivered and not have to faff about, I'm cool with paying extra whatever i have to. In this case, is there a courier who I can pay everything up front? Thanks.

for parcels to various EU countries including to the Netherlands.  Some services offer pre-paying the delivery fees which I have done and it worked smoothly.  You can do a dummy booking to see what the total would be.

PS "I'm amazed that you've found someone in Holland who doesn't speak English!" I would have been amazed too but for the fact that a year earlier I had problems sending a package to the Dutch Antilles. I was told by the large international postage company I was using that I would have to ring their Dutch department for answers. I rang their customer services department and found that even though it was their international CUSTOMER SERVICES dept nobody spoke English.
