The NtK is not PoFA compliant - no attempt whatsoever at transferring liability from the driver to the keeper.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You've covered that point well but those paragraphs all need a number.

We hope you will be adding the real Claim No., Full name of the parking firm Ltd, and the Defendant’s name of course.

You've wrongly removed some of the template defence.  I can see you've copied the 'woefully inadequate POC' paragraphs correctly but then you've not added the whole of the Template Defence para 5 onwards (all re-numbered of course).

I can tell because your para 13 makes no sense because it talks about a Code that you haven't introduced above it.

And you should end up with over 33 paragraphs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is there a point sending an SAR request after sending my defence to the court, as from what I understand SAR requests should be sent before, is there a point doing it now?

The information returned might be useful at Witness Statement time.

    Hi.
I haven't heard anything from the Court or CP PLUS and my defence been submitted on the 5/7 exactly four months ago.
Had a look on the Mcol just now just says the acknowledgment of service been submitted & received and defence received on the 5/7.

Any reason why this is taking so long?
