Octopus - Refund request, how long do they take?

Hi all,

I requested my refund last Friday, but still nothing, how long do they usually dealy with paying out refunds? getting the most interest out of our money I assume.

I made a refund request last month via the App: it was actioned in a day and credit appeared in my bank account two days later.

When you say "nothing", do you mean "no reply" or "yes they replied, telling me my refund would be paid within ten working days"?

I requested a refund from Octopus on the 28th of May and received it yesterday.

The last refund I requested it was in my bank 3 working days later.

Apologies guys, email notifications seemed to be off, so never saw a reply. When i requested i had an email saying they would be reviewing the request, this could take up to 7 days! i have emailed them several times and am waiting for a response.
