Highview Parking Appeal - gym unresponsive

Hi all
I recently got sent a PCN from Highview regarding alleged overstaying in a car park (maximum is 2 hours unless entered on the iPad for extended stay) on 21/05/2023. The initial contact arrived through my letterbox on 08/06/2023.
As typically suggested on the forum, as plan A I have been contacting the gym's managers, admin, etc., requesting to cancel or even provide evidence of my attendance to match the below times, to no avail. My next step is to send an appeal.
Given that the PCN did mention POFA 2012, should I appeal using the group nexus trick / generic blue template from the sticky? 'm aware that also mentioning 'keying error' could be beneficial here? Bit confused, appreciate any guidance that can be given on this!
Attached below is the notice:
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read and reply. Very much appreciated.

What is the Date of Issue shown on the Notice to Keeper? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think suggest a keying error because you were at the gym. Push the gym again for evidence you were there.
That is a POFA PCN (if the dates are right) so no point not saying who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great thanks for the advice, I'll push forward on the keying error comment. Is there a suggested template to be used for this type of situation?0

Nope. Your own words and proof you are a gym member will be more powerful.Having said that, do say you are a member (attach proof) and you always type in your car reg in the gym, and it seems their system was down or rebooting if they haven't got the record that day. Say you've complained to the gym who are keen to cancel it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok brilliant, thanks for your help! I'll send this appeal tonight and come back with any updates.0

Just wanted to add (if this may impact the appeal strategy) that I am expecting two more, for the same reasons, very silly I know.0

Do them all the same unless any are non-POFA (for those you can use the Group nexus 'get stuffed' non-POFA appeal as KEEPER).For this one you can tick 'driver'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
