Bitcoin investment

Hi, please can you help me, I invested £220 in BTC with Bitwest and they have been really helpful and have given me guidence. We transferred the BTC to Binance and they have locked it. We were told we would have to pay in £3,400 to release the BTC to GBP to enable us to transfer the money to our Zen.com a/c. This has happened because their Security system class us as suspicious. We told them we did not have £3,400 but we could scrape together £2,000 they said we could try the system, so we did. Now we cannot even retrieve this money. We are pensioners, and in our 70s so do not have great sums of money to play with, hence the reason to try and improve our savings. Now they say we have to go through another system called Escrow who require £5,200 to enable our investment to be released to us. Please can someone help
