BG's billing system can be very clunky. When there's a problem they often cancel previous bills and reissue them, meaning that the originals are lost without trace. Always download and store all their bills, especially if you were ever with a supplier that ended with BG as a SoLR.When it's settled switch to Octopus, their bills just couldn't be clearer !0

Yeah I've got the copies of the previous bills.

I'm still going round in circles with them. Was due a call back on Monday which didn't happen. Think I'm just going to ask them to take it to deadlock and then I can get the ombudsman involved and change companies.
