Who can enter:

These Across Daytime terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here,(“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

The Prize Draws (defined below) are open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draws.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draws.

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) Across Daytime prize draw in relation to the programmes Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning, Loose Women and John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen (the “Programme”) (“Main Prize Draw”) and two (2) associated prize draws for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (“Bonus Prize Draws”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draws together, the “Prize Draws”.

Main Prize Draw

· The Main Prize Draw will open for entries via PRTS, SMS, the This Morning app (the “App”), online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) and post on Thursday 8 June 2023.

· The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and via the Website (together, the “Paid Entry Routes”) at 4.00pm on Friday 7 July 2023 and via post (“Postal Entry Route”) at 4.00pm on Thursday 13 July 2023.

Bonus Prize Draws

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw will receive a corresponding entry into an associated Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: opens on Thursday 8 June 2023 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 16 June 2023; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 22 June 2023.

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: opens on Friday 16 June 2023 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 23 June 2023; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 29 June 2023.

Please note that for the period from Thursday 29 June 2023 at 4.00pm to Thursday 13 July 2023 at 4.00pm, there will be no Bonus Prize Draw. However, from Friday 23 June 2023 there will be a different postal ID as shown in the ‘Post’ section below to enter into the Main Prize Draw only.

Winner selection & contact:

There will be three (3) draws in total as follows:

· Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win £250,000 cash.

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 1. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Bonus Prize Draw 1 will win a Car (as defined below).

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 2. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Bonus Prize Draw 2 will win a Campervan (as defined below).

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants can enter the Main Prize Draw via the following methods:

· PRTS Phone: call 09068 78 22 48 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Main Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text: send an SMS text with the keyword CASH, WINNER or APP to 82248; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Main Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

· Online/App: go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):

o Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).

o Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

o Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” prize draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering the Main Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in the Main Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

All entries into the Main Prize Draw made via the Paid Entry Routes will automatically be entered into the associated Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize, as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above.

For entries made via the Postal Entry Route to qualify for the associated Bonus Prize Draw, you must add the correct postal ID (‘CAR 24 or ‘ VAN 25’), as shown in the ‘post’ section above) and your postal entry must be received during the Bonus Prize Draw period relating to that postal ID as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above (“Postal Requirements”). Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in any Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw opening and closing times as shown above. Prize:

There are three (3) prizes consisting of (i) £250,000 cash; (ii) Mini Countryman Cooper car (“Car”); and (iii) a Danbury campervan (“Campervan”).

(i) £250,000 cash – Main Prize Draw

The winner of the Main Prize Draw will win £250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A Car – Bonus Prize Draw 1

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 1 consists of a hybrid (petrol and electric) Mini Countryman Cooper S E Classic Car in Rooftop Grey including automatic transmission, road fund licence, first registration fee and £30 worth of fuel.

The Car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible to for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car may include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) A Motorhome – Bonus Prize Draw 2

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 2 consists of a VW Danbury Heritage Campervan in blue and white, including automatic transmission, road fund licence, first registration fee and £30 worth of fuel (diesel).

The winner will have the choice of either (i) collecting the Campervan at a local dealership of the prize provider of the Campervan with a formal handover or (ii) having the Campervan delivered to their home address, within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Campervan and, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Campervan and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

The Campervan may include mileage for promotional purposes.

Thank you for posting these comps. One query I couldn't find an answer to in the full ITV rules or FAQ anywhere regards winner notification. 

 Channel 5 comps make it clear they generally try to reach you for 28 days on the number you gave. 

Anyone know ITV's current practice?
