BUS LANE PCN

I drove my car through a new bus lane in my area not knowing it was a bus lane and the two signs one each side of the road are some distance away from one another, which I guess could easily be missed

I've been hit with a fine of £70 and if paid within 21 days reduced by 50%

I've added all paperwork received by walsall council

And I have added pictures that I have taken of the bus lane signs

Read the sticky 'Read this before you post' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.

We tend to deal with unregulated private parking companies on here. Have you tried the Pepipoo forum where they specialise in council and local authority penalties?
