The first reply you received here included these wise words from @Fruitcake...

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP.

Other than that, ignore anything and everything from now on unless you get a real letter before/of claim or a court claim. Come back here if that happens.
@lamarshudubuly, Did you read his second and third sentences?

What response did you get from your MP?
    What did the landowner say?

  • I am being taken to court by Tap2Park/I Park services.  I parked and paid on the app.  The app took my money and I didn't go over my time.  I then was bombarded by letter after letter requesting payment and charges because I did not put my correct registration in.  I am 100% sure I did AND the app took my money.  The car on the picture is mine!
they are saying that I did not enter my registration and I owe them £160.  The Club where I parked said they would get this revoked, so I ignored more letters.  I then appealed and it was rejected.  Now I have been issued papers from them saying they are taking me to Court.
I have said that I believe there was a problem with the app, why would it take my money if I only put part of my registration in??
I feel like I am being bullied and did not expect to be taken to Court when I paid!!
You may not have any answers for me, because it is too far down the line, but how come these companies can do this?!!!

Did you read all the information that has been collated for you in the NEWBIE sticky?  When you have read it again, please start your own thread and you can be given bespoke advice; trying to answer two posters on the same thread can get confusing.
