Nobody can answer that question unless you specify what and how you want to use it, your budget, and the price you are going to pay for the above.

Also the above description doesn't tell us enough - i5 Envy could be anything from 8th gen to 12th gen Intel CPU - a massive difference.

Start your question again specifying exactly what you use your laptop for, what your budget is and if you want people to check one you have found, provide the link to the website so the exact spec and price are known.

Impossible to recommend anything without giving some clues as to what you will use the PC/Laptop for and some requirements about size weight portability battery life screen res etc.
