If you're not a registered charity, o don't think you can fundraise through JG.
If you are a registered charity, there will usually be provisioning your governing documents for such a situation.
And fundraising for a specific purpose would generally put the money raised into restricted funds. If not needed for the intended purpose, donors should be informed and offered their money back.

One of the rescues in my local area closed down. They donated any property and stuff like that to other local rescues if they wanted them. Otherwise, the items were sold, with the money made donated to other local rescues equally.2

You could buy the shed with the funds going to the charity / another similar one.The price will depend on the age and condition of shed, size and location.A shed in your back garden that's 25 years old and won't survive relocation is worth a lot less than one only a year old that can be easily moved for example.May you find your sister soon Helli.
