It is never a good idea to book a holiday before finding out your insurance needs and status.
What if you can't get insurance (health preconditions)? You could loose your deposit.
Plenty of of insurance comparison websites if you don't have health preconditions or need insurance for specific risky activities, check the terms of offered policies to see if they have any specific terms for cruises.
Annual worldwide may be cheaper, depending on length of cruise or whether you will do another worldwide holiday within the year.0 -
