I would class Smart IHDs along with all the Direct-to-Landfill tat that people seem to like buying each other at so-called celebration times e.g. Christmas and Easter. As has been said x-million times before on this forum, the only accurate readings will be obtained from the meter display itself.molerat said:Yep, help save the planet by producing hundreds and hundreds of tonnes of what is little more than electronic waste, go figure that one out !0 -
How does the IHD account for the standing charge? Added at midnight, or at some other time, or not at all?0

Most meters - not the IHD- add it at the start of each day. The IHD only displays information that it gleans from the electricity meter and the gas proxy meter.Qyburn said:How does the IHD account for the standing charge? Added at midnight, or at some other time, or not at all?0 -
