Upvc window paint/pen to retouch window mitres

Is there such a thing that can retouch the colour on UPVC windows (RAL7016).  The mitre joins have faded and actually almost look white on a couple of windows - they don't face the sun oddly, so I assume it's more the Cornwall rain that has attacked them!

Any recommends would be gratefully received.

Thanks both.  Once I could see what it was it was easy to research. I found a more expensive one on Amazon, a German make and with tons of reviews.  It's coming tomorrow.
