Barclaycard rewards transfer to Wise

I am looking to make a transfer to Wise using Barclaycard Rewards Credit Card. The money is to pay for a villa holiday in Spain. I have read terms and condition of Barclaycard Rewards which states there is no charge when using abroad or cash withdrawals. My question is will I be charged a money transfer fee if I transfer villa charge to Wise?
I can’t find answer anywhere! Any help and guidance appreciated.
