Lloyds and IWeb share the same back end (and the same shortcomings)They do offer the I class0

If you haven't seen it already, monevator do a good platform comparison:

If you are doing regular investing into more than one fund each month, I expect Interactive Investors will come out best.
Otherwise it will likely be iWeb.

Actually with the cashback and simplicity of having a direct debit (which iweb dont seem to offer) - its just easier with Lloyds for now. I am only buying one fund at the moment and will trade (but that's only £1.50 each way I think)2

I use Charles Stanley Direct, their customer support is really good, but then I don't trade regularly.Being brave is going after your dreams head on1

I would recommend Interactive Investor, you can setup DD for regular investing and their regular monthly investing is free and can invest in multiple funds through that.
Customer service is good, mobile app is good, UI is more modern/2fa etc. A lot of overall improvements lately.
iWeb is good long term option as well but the extra fees for above is worth it for me.1
