Won't it be the Train Operating Company (TOC)?notting said:Tried Googling, but it remains elusive. Any tips on how to find?
Trying to find the landowner for https://www.apcoa.co.uk/parking-in/st-albans-1/st-albans-station-way/Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Trying to find the landowner for https://www.apcoa.co.uk/parking-in/st-albans-1/st-albans-station-way/Doesn't matter because APCOA ones can be beaten like this (below) and if is headed 'Penalty Notice' it times out in 6 months anyway:

It's railway land so probably owned by one of the train operating companies or National Rail (if they're still a going concern). Don't break too much sweat on the landowner as it's only APCOA and you can appeal with minimal effort using these exact words (without ever revealing who was driving):notting said:Tried Googling, but it remains elusive. Trying to find the landowner for https://www.apcoa.co.uk/parking-in/st-albans-1/st-albans-station-way/Your PCN is non PoFA. Contact the driver or send me, the registered keeper a POPLA code where we can end this ridiculous farce.3
