I dropped my SkyQ remote and it fell apart, little bits of plastic everywhere, and as I am a night owl I filled out a form on a Sky web page at 00:30 on Sunday night/Monday morning.

Just had the postie deliver a new SkyQ remote at 11:30 this morning, and it was free.
