Vanguard pension transfer - slow, no information, unhelpful - is this the norm?

I moved from one occupational DC scheme to another, with the same provider (I had no choice or I’d have just left it where it was). The whole process took about 3 months, although at some points they were waiting for me as I was unaware that I had to send them certain information. However I was only out of the market for around a week. Also there was some guardrails in place if there had been some turbulence before selling. I found the whole experience very stressful and was very glad to see the funds finally in my new scheme.

My sipp cash from vanguard left my  account late Friday is anyone familiar with the timespan until it reaches my interactive investor account

BACS transfer three bank working days, not counting day sent, then give II another day to credit your account.

So might appear later on Thursday afternoon, based on our experience.
